Get ready to experience the Way of the Warrior
To reserve your place in the Spring/Fall entering class, submit your $300 student enrollment fee.
Early submission is recommended because the payment enables you to register for courses, new student orientation, and apply for on-campus housing.
Refer to your offer-of-admission letter for the enrollment fee due date.
Enrollment fee refund requests are not refundable after November 15 for the spring semester and May 15 for the fall semester.
- Log in with your ESU Student ID Number (provided on your offer-of-admission email and letter) and your birth date as your six-digit PIN. (For example, if your birth date is July 5, 1999, use 070599.)
- Once you log in, select the “Deposits” tab and follow the instructions.

Regardless of where you live, to enjoy the benefits of residential campus living, apply for housing by June 1 via MyESU to secure a room. Afterwards, housing is subject to availability. For information, visit Residential & Dinning Services or call (570) 422-3460.

The College Board (SAT) code is 2650. Test scores can also be emailed to admission@esu.edu.

-
It is required that all freshmen students submit a final high school transcript, with graduation date shown, or GED score to: East Stroudsburg University, Office of Admissions, 200 Prospect Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301-2999. Financial aid will not be dispersed without this document.
Transfer Students
- In-Progress College Courses: Please inform your ESU advisor of any in-progress courses you are currently taking, as well as any courses you intend to complete prior to your planned enrollment at ESU. This will help your advisor to avoid scheduling you for equivalent courses at ESU.
- Official College Transcript(s): Submit your official transcript(s) upon completion of your last semester at your current institution. Upon receipt, ESU will evaluate for additional transfer credit and post to your TCE and academic record.
- Note: An official final high school transcript, with graduation date shown, is required of all students who are transferring with less than 24 college credits.
Scholarships available for all future Warriors!
Newly admitted freshman and transfer students are automatically considered for scholarship opportunities by the undergraduate Office of Admission.
A student will receive an estimated award letter from the Office of Financial Aid with scholarship information.
