Understanding the total cost of your education is important. To assist you with your planning, the required tuition and fees for each semester are listed below.
The Net Price Calculator considers the colleges’ total cost of attendance, which includes tuition, fees, books and supplies, living expenses such as room and board and other personal expenses.

Rates below will help you identify the Tuition and Fees applicable to you each semester.
Please note, undergraduate students are charged at the undergraduate rate regardless of whether they are taking undergraduate, graduate, or a mixture of undergraduate and graduate courses.

General Fee
This fee is charged to all students – resident, non-resident, full-time, part-time, residential, and commuters. It is charged during all sessions including summer and winter and at all course locations. This includes internships, student teaching, and any other off-campus sites.
The General Fee includes the following fees per credit each semester:

All other categories of the General Fee aren’t applicable in the winter.
General Fee Waivers
- Senior citizens participating in the ESU senior citizen tuition waiver program
- Certain exchange students (i.e. National Student Exchange Students) and;
- Students in foreign exchange programs studying abroad
Technology Fee
The purpose of this fee is to enhance student access to the latest technology in the classroom and to prepare our students for high-tech careers in a global economy.

The transportation fee is intended to support the cost of operation of our shuttle bus service that is available to all students with a valid ID card.

The Academic Records Fee is non-refundable and is intended to cover the cost of transcripts and graduation application fees. Students will receive lifetime electronic transcripts upon graduation. The academic records fee would not cover the cost of express delivery or paper transcripts.

Student Success Fee
The Student Success Fee is to support all of the student resources on campus for the academic success of all students. This includes but is not limited to the Tutoring Center, Success Coaches, the Writing Center.
Rate Per Semester $250
There is no Student Success Fee during the winter semester.
Enrollment Fee
The Enrollment Fee is a one-time fee charged to undergraduate applicants offered admission. The $300 enrollment fee is used to support orientation and new student programs and will hold your place at East Stroudsburg University. Upon payment you will be eligible for housing, orientation and class registration. This fee is fully refundable prior to May 1st.
Nursing Fee
Nursing Fee is charged to Nursing students each semester that they are enrolled in clinical rotations.
